TGC* #651 - Catwoman Edition

John: Actually, I haven't even seen the movie.
Partygoer: What?
John: Yeah, I read the final draft that came a year or so after I left, for the arbitration, but I missed the premiere, and never went to see it theaters. The one tiny shred of my artistic integrity I can take out of that process is that I've never actually seen the movie.
Andy: (passing) Isn't that like Hitler saying he's never actually visited the camps?
John: ... bastard.

* henceforth = True Geek Conversations. Long title was annoying me in post list.

  1. What a coincidence. I never saw Catwoman either. I'm extremely curious, though, about the differences between your draft and the final draft they used for the shooting script.

And since you haven't seen the movie, does this mean you won't be asked to be on the DVD commentary?

I saw it in cinemas. Thought for a comic movie it was pretty slow and not alot of action, but in the end I quite liked it.

I'm not huge into films but I do see alot (cinemas or DVD). I don't rate every film on an Oscar drama scale, like most critics, I rate on an enjoyment level.

Hey! I thought that Thunderbirds was a good kick flick and Around The World In 80 Days was a good adventure.

After you were compared to Hitler in the post, I read your footnote as "Long title was annoying mein post list."
