My wife's family is Scottish and I completely understand this hilarious video. Thanks for posting it.

Thanks that was a great start to the morning.

So funny and yet I can completely relate because it made me think of those damned automated systems that answer the phone when you call a company. Particularly the ones designed to "help" you with troubleshooting. I think it was the Verizon automated system that got me angry enough that I ended up yelling into the phone at it. "I want to talk to a human being, damn you!!"

*sigh*

Laughed so hard I cried!

I can so relate. Apparently my insurance company's automated system doesn't understand an East Texas drawl any more than this elevator understands a Scottish brogue.

Of course, people also think I am a fan of the movie "Secondhand Lines," too …

I have not yet forgiven you for that eye-gougingly bad music video, but at least you don't owe me any shirtless Eliot scenes for watching this.

Scottish accents, Dick Van Dyke, suck my wally statements and two men in suits, one on piggyback, yelling "Freedom". All in an elevator. Priceless. Need to go find my blue face paint now.

Brilliant!

And now my friends and I have a way to pass the time in elevators and while waiting for automated phone systems: "Freedom!"

Thank you!

Hahaha I so didn't expect to see the Burnistoun Boys on here. They filmed half of that series round the corner from my house :)

I do wish Robert Florence was able to do more videoGaiden though!
