Zombie news

Well, this is kinda cool. Now that I've mastered posting pictures to my blog precisely thirty-two months after everyone else has, Ross has asked me to preview my story in ZOMBIE TALES to promo the book. We're going to do a tie-in with my favorite movie website, as I understand, so you can buy the book online.

Starting this afternoon, I'll be posting my story, Daddy Smells Different, here at the Monkey. At the end of the preview, if you dig it, and want to see more zombie goodness from Giffen (and an alt cover bythe Giff), Waid, Cosby, Nelson, Stokes, et al, then we'll have a link and a Paypal button.

man i love me some giffen, though i really REALLY wish he would do somehting in the trencher style again. i really loved that style of art, i might be the only one but i thought it was fantastic. some of the stuff he has drawn or storyboarded lately is still good, but i just want the trencher style back, like a 12 issue mini. but i'll be getting this, if not for the giffen, then for the john.

I love me some zombie goodness, but only in the graphic and literary sense.

In real life they are a nuisance, but only if you do not have any Fruit Roll-Ups. They hate those things.

Hi, I'm new to your blog, referred from EW's LOOK magazine article. I'll certainly be checking back. As a wannabe writer/actor, it's great to read someone else's point of view. And I'm not a big blog reader. You and Wil Wheaton. That's IT. :-) Good luck with all your projects, especially Transfomers live action, which my friends have been telling me to shut up abou since the mid 90's, when I judged CG could make a realistic-looking truck turn into a realistic-looking robot.
